ELRC Region 18 sends out a bi-weekly, Tuesday e-newsletter to all participating early care and school age programs in the region along with partners, advocates, and other ECE stakeholders. The e-blast provides relevant updates on ELRC 18, PA Key and Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) initiatives as well as resources, tips and event listings. County Provider Network Meetings
ELRC Region 18 convenes quarterly meetings in the county to discuss topics relevant to providers and ECE stakeholders in those communities. Along with sharing updates and resources, meetings are an opportunity to share direct feedback and address questions.
Local Leadership Council
ELRC Region 18 convenes a group of experts, providers and stakeholders from around the region to consider ELRC operations, OCDEL policy changes and issues relevant to the ECE community. This group provides feedback to OCDEL on behalf of the providers, parents, and children in the region.
